The default for most GTA pitched roofs. Layered profile, good wind performance, wide colour range.
Three-tab asphalt shingles
A lighter, lower-cost profile still used on budget and secondary structures.
Metal roofing
Standing seam and metal panel systems for long service life and shedding snow.
Modified bitumen (flat roofs)
Torch-applied or self-adhered membrane for low-slope sections, additions and garages.
EPDM / single-ply (flat roofs)
Single-ply membrane for flat areas where a seamless, low-maintenance surface is preferred.
