What we collect

When you submit an inspection request we collect your name, phone number, postal code, the service you selected and any message or optional details you choose to add, including the property address, preferred appointment time and photos you upload. We also record which page you submitted from and standard marketing attribution information (referring page and campaign parameters such as UTM tags or a Google Ads click identifier).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your roofing inquiry: to contact you, arrange an inspection, prepare a quote and carry out any work you approve. Attribution information is used to understand which marketing sources generate inquiries. We only send marketing messages if you explicitly opted in — that checkbox is never pre-selected.

Storage and sharing

Submissions are stored in our secured database and photo storage and are accessible only to our team. We do not sell your information.
